Just Some Pictures.

These are just some pictures from around the house and things. Benny found these cones and had all sorts of fun with them.

Benny eats an apple.

This posting is becoming a simple children's book.

This is the table that Spencer surprised me with on my birthday. I had admired it for quite a long time. It is at our Costco. Now having it our home, I see that I don't NEED it. We are packing it up and taking it back this weekend. I appreciate Spencer's thought, and he knows how much I loved the gesture, and to me that is what is most important.

Benjamin touched something on the key board and somehow pasted this lengthy link. This link wasn't even open. The amazing thing is that I can't simply delete it so you all get to view the curious blunder.

Luke is as quirky as they come. We sure love him.

Karey said...: Great everyday photos. The kids are at their charming best. What do you mean you don't need a table. Everyone needs a table. The counsel at our last stake conference (from one of the brethren from Salt Lake) was to gather our families together for dinner AT THE TABLE. We were told that our children have a much less chance of getting on drugs and losing their moral footing if we eat around the table as a family. I think that means KEEP THE TABLE. Lily is standing here looking at the last picture of Luke saying over and over, There's Luke, Look Mommy there's Luke. They are cute buddies. We love you all. Thank you so much for posting that comment on our blog. It's amazing how words can truly be so touching. I really appreciated it...thank you. It still feels unreal, but there are those moments where it is TRULY realized and the tears are uncontrollable. I will always miss Aaron... everyday, every hour. But, oh how grateful I am that I had him for 24 sweet years. I am blessed.

*"Smokin'" is Lila's new favorite adjective. "You got me smokin' wet." or "Whoa, that was smokin' cold."

*Benny: "I said a prayer about where I would go on my mission, and I kind of heard a little voice, or maybe I was just thinking it. I heard a voice that maybe I will go to Japanese, but maybe I just thought it."

*It is a sure sign that we don't get a lot of snow where we live when Lila see's snow falling in a picture and calls it popcorn.

Benny: "Why didn't he make us one?"

*To the tune of BINGO Benny sang, "B-Y-U-N-G-O." It didn't flow so well.

*"Mom, what's wrong with your face? It looks like a crepe...a burned one." - one of Spencer's kind compliments.

*Luke said he was full so Kristi said, "I guess you don't want any cookies." Luke responded, "Cookies can melt the full."

*"When people say 'diarrhea' it reminds me of the library...it sounds like it." - Spencer

*"Mom, did you know that Obama takes money from us. I think he sneaks in at night time." - Spencer

*Mom, this hot chocolate is really really yummy. You should put some under the blanket for Lila." - Luke while Kristi was nursing Lila.

*Spencer says that his super power is "trip over". He reports that he rolls on the floor and trips bad guys. While I was gone, he told my sister-in-laws that it is a calling that Heavenly Father gave him. Hm.

*"Mom, can I have the man with oranges?" -Lila trying to ask for mandarin oranges.

* "We should sing 'Girl on Fire.' I think we would sound good singing that." - Benny suggesting to the primary chorister songs for the primary to sing.
