 The youth performed the Grinch Who Stole Christmas for our ward Christmas party.

 One of our favorite babysitters, Alden, got on all fours to give the little kids a ride.

 Like his Grandpa, Benny always separates his M&Ms into color groupings.

 This is a "candid" shot of me reading Spencer's sister, Karey's, latest book, For What its Worth.  It was such a fun read.

 From the other room we heard a crash.  This is the scene we came upon.  Oops.

 We were invited to come into Benny's class room and make gingerbread trees with him.

 Every morning the first words to come out of Andrew and Lila's mouths are, "I want chocolate milk."  Sometimes Andrew doesn't even bother to open his eyes while he drinks.

 On Christmas day we played Pictionary as a family.  Andrew took his turn too.

 This is how I fold laundry typically, with Lila as my side kick and Charlie on my lap.

 On Christmas Eve we Skyped with Spencer's parents on their mission. Grandpa read the story from Luke II and our family acted out the nativity scene.  Lila cried most of the time because she couldn't decide between playing Mary or an angel.  These are hard decisions.

 Someone created a parking lot on our door mat.  

 On Christmas Eve we thought it would be fun if the kids slept in the same room as the Christmas tree.  When it came down to it, none of them wanted to do that.  Instead they all crammed onto one queen-sized bed.  I don't have any idea where Spencer put his legs.

 This is the first bed we made for them.  Looks good enough to sleep on right?

 We had the missionaries over for dinner.  They helped the kids try to place Book of Mormons while knocking doors. It was our door each time, but it was still a little nerve racking for them.

 Spencer got to ride up to Mount Ashland in a snow cat for work.  Here he is pulling it out of the garage.
